• Operational Internal Audit experience- Auditing processes, procedures etc.)
• Working Schedule : 3/2 - Hybrid
• Location: This role sits in Austin, Texas; North office location.
• Relocation : Assistance in the form of a sign-on bonus
• Reporting to the Sr Manager, Internal Audit who reports to the Dir, who reports in to the CAE
• Individual Contributor Role at any point in time leading 3-6 individuals on a project by project basis

What you will accomplish:

• Develop operational audit strategies to independently assess the efficacy and efficiency of internal controls.
• Direct audit projects, leading teams of 3-5 auditors, from initiation to conclusion, ensuring high standards of quality
• Evaluate processes and activities to assess their efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with policies and regulations, aiming to identify areas for improvement.
• Summarize and complete audit tasks and report to leadership
• Educate and engage with process owners across the organization about the significance of control environments and the function of Internal Audit.
• Aid in the ongoing enhancement of the department's operations.

What you will bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• CPA, CIA, CISA, or other professional certifications is advantageous.
• Over 8 years of experience in Big 4 Internal Audit.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with excellent communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written), to pinpoint issues and communicate audit findings.
• A proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused management approach that champions collaborative problem solving.
• Capacity to prioritize multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using data analytics throughout the audit process (e.g., reading/writing/running SQL code, performing data validation, testing, etc.).
