Manager of Financial Reporting and ConsolidationThis position is responsible for managing the Financial Reporting function and will ensure the timely and accurate financial reporting of the Company. It will also be involved in consolidations, technical accounting/SEC reporting research, implementation of new accounting policies and audit coordination. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldCertified Public Accountant (CPA) with at least 6-8 years of experience (public/private mix preferred)1-3 years of previous management/supervisory responsibilityExcellent knowledge of US GAAP and SEC rules and regulations is required, combined with the ability to research and propose company positions on complex accounting issues
