A Director of Financial Planning and Analysis is sought to join our private equity client's $30M tech-enabled distribution services business.
Reporting to the CFO, this highly visible position will play a lead role in driving financial planning, analysis, and decision-making across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have 8 years of experience in finance functions, including financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, accounting, processes, risks, and controls.
Familiarity with working in a private equity-backed, growth company environment and FP&A experience working with a large number of products and locations are required.
This role requires the ability to develop and monitor thoughtful financial analyses and key performance indicators to provide timely insights into trends, profitability, and growth drivers. Additionally, the successful candidate will lead the development of monthly financial reporting packages, the annual budget planning process, and sales forecasting.
Able to work effectively with executive leadership teams and present materials for the Board of Directors, this individual must be skilled in data modeling, tracking KPIs leveraging business intelligence, and ideally have M&A experience (financial analysis, due diligence, and integration).
