We have a fast paced and fast growing client that is looking to bring on a Technology Business Analyst that will be a key player in the rollout of their new system.
This role will involve Hybrid Work : Onsite work on Lincoln Road, Miami Beach , with the flexibility of a hybrid schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for the PAS.
- Analyze and translate business requirements into functional specifications for development and configuration.
- Identify gaps in current processes and recommend solutions.
- Act as the liaison between business users, technical teams, and vendors.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across underwriting, claims, actuarial, and IT departments.
- Work closely with vendors and IT teams to configure the PAS according to documented requirements.
- Ensure the system supports key functions like policy issuance, endorsements, cancellations, renewals, billing, and reporting.
- Develop and execute test cases and scenarios to validate the system.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) with end-users and ensure data integrity during migration.
- Create training materials and system documentation for end-users.
- Conduct training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of the PAS across the organization.
