Lot Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Lot Porter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our parking lot and surrounding areas, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for customers and staff. Key Responsibilities:

• Keep the parking lot, entrance, and surrounding areas clean and free of debris.
• Direct customers to available parking spots and ensure smooth traffic flow.
• Assist with vehicle organization, placement, and parking as needed.
• Monitor parking areas for any hazards or safety concerns and report them to management.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized lot, including picking up trash and ensuring all areas are tidy.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with directions and any needs they may have.
• Assist with vehicle delivery and lot inventory management, if applicable.
• Perform other general maintenance tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to keep a clean and organized environment.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift or carry items as required.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
