The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate meetings and other office events. They should be comfortable answering inbound phone calls, and dealing with complaints or escalated cases, hosting occasional staff events both during and after business hours, all HR responsibilities, maintaining a high level of organization, and ensuring staff follow and maintain the cleanliness of the office onsite location. They should also be proficient in effectively interacting with office visitors and interviewing candidates, and staff. Should be able to maintain a highly motivated team with strong productivity, but also an enjoyable work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Opening and closing the onsite location
  • Running and reviewing reports to identify the stars and the places where improvement is needed
  • Coordinate with supervisors of each department to ensure high-level productivity
  • Bring growth-focused ideas to management meetings to better improve operations
  • Human Resources
  • Coordinate and organize office activities such as team building events
  • Coordinate with any independent contractors (such as plumber)
  • Oversee stock of office supplies
  • Oversee cleanliness of the office
  • Greet staff and visitors at the office
  • Coordinate inbound office mail

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experience in management of a team
  • Experience in Human Resources
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong communication skills
  • Friendly and upbeat demeanor
