Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Reach out to potential clients to generate interest in Stevens Bock & Marrin insurance products.
Client Engagement: Initiate conversations with prospective clients to discuss insurance needs and provide initial consultation.
Data Collection: Accurately record client information and interactions in the companys CRM platform.
Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to potential leads to nurture client interest and address any questions.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to transition qualified leads and enhance the sales process.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company's insurance offerings to effectively communicate benefits to potential clients.
Requirements
Licensing: Valid Michigan state insurance license or willingness to obtain one soon after hiring.
Experience: Previous telemarketing experience, ideally within the insurance industry.
