The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
Responsibilities:
Provide direct instruction to students individually or in a small group setting
Assess and monitor student progress through various evaluation methods
Write and implement daily lesson plans for each participating learner based on assessments that include organized instruction using learning objectives with clearly defined student outcomes
Communicate goals, academic expectations, accurate feedback, and documentation in a timely manner to students, administration, staff, and parents
Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
Utilize technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance learning
