What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Support Programs (CSP) Practitioner position at Stevens Community Medical Center?
Stevens Community Medical Center, a critical access hospital and clinic has a full-time position within its Behavioral Medicine Department for a Community Support Programs Practitioner to begin employment the first week of December. A CSP Practitioner is responsible for providing services to seriously and persistent mentally ill adult outpatient clients in the Stevens County community. CSP Practitioner must have, at minimum, a Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, education, or a similar related field and meet the DHS criteria for a Mental Health Practitioner.
