Stevens Construction Corp. is a commercial general contractor with self-performed trades of concrete, carpentry, and prefabricated walls, serving employees throughout Madison, Milwaukee and Bloomington, MN. We specialize in the new construction of various commercial, multi-unit and mixed-use buildings.

The Field Engineer is a position that is aligned with the Project Superintendent career path. Field Engineers start working hands on in the field to learn Stevens Construction's self-performed trades of concrete and carpentry. Upon learning the SCC self-performed trades, the Field Engineer will gain more responsibility on the jobsite by assisting the Project Superintendent with coordination of materials, deliveries, equipment, paperwork, manpower, and overall onsite project operations.

Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil or Construction Engineering, or related degree.
- Ability to read and understand construction specific project documents.
- Field experience within the construction trades.
- Knowledge of construction safety.
