RESPONSIBILITIES:
Creative Support:
- Assist in developing copy for marketing materials, including social media posts and newsletters
- Support graphic design tasks using Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) to create visually appealing content
- Help generate engaging social media content that aligns with our brand voice
- Assist with regular updates to our website to ensure content is current and relevant
- Help create and distribute email newsletters to keep stakeholders informed about company news and updates
- Circulate drone images for marketing use and promotional materials
- Capture photos and assist with planning for groundbreaking ceremonies
- Maintain team member information and project details in our Cosential database
- Support the creation of resumes for RFQs and presentations to clients, owners, or boards
- Assist in the production of our internal newsletter,The Dirt, by gathering content and organizing information
- Provide backup for presentations by organizing materials and creating visual aids as needed
- Help coordinate marketing events by providing logistical support as needed
- Assist with photoshoots by organizing materials and ensuring smooth operations
- Understands his/her contribution to achieving the five-year strategic plan and the annual plan
- Understands and operates under the company’s SOP’s at all times
- Other duties as assigned
- Currently enrolled in or a bachelor's degree in Marketing, graphic design, or a related field
- Experience with Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) and WordPress is highly desirable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
