Commercial Electrical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to define project requirements and objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction activities and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Review and interpret blueprints to guide project execution effectively.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to facilitate communication and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Prepare progress reports for stakeholders detailing project status, challenges, and solutions.

Skills

• Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera and Prolog.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems design and construction management principles.
• Excellent blueprint reading skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings accurately.
• Exceptional time management skills with a proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
