- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to define project requirements and objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
- Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction activities and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Review and interpret blueprints to guide project execution effectively.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to facilitate communication and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Prepare progress reports for stakeholders detailing project status, challenges, and solutions.
