Our relationship managers develop a trusting relationship with the client, understand and convey client goals and objectives, while working with the Stevens Foster team to design effective options to meet client goals, and personally convey those options to our clients.
Required skills and experience:
- Financial services/financial planning experience (3-5 years)
- Strong understanding of areas of personal financial planning such as: investing, executive benefits, estate planning, retirement planning and individual income tax
- Time management
- Problem solving
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- Team player demonstrating integrity, hard work ethic, and high moral character
- Must maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity of information
- Demonstrate interpersonal ability to build strong relationships both individually and with small groups, which includes presentations and responding to a variety of inquiries
- Always maintain high ethical standards
