Duties
- Manage all aspects of property maintenance, ensuring that facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to ensure quality services at competitive rates.
- Oversee tenant relations, addressing concerns promptly and effectively to maintain high levels of customer service.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs and ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Develop community engagement programs to foster a sense of belonging among residents.
Requirements
- Proven experience in property management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of property maintenance practices and procedures.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in customer service principles, ensuring resident satisfaction at all times.
- Familiarity with CMMS software is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
