What We're Looking For:
- Experience: At least one year in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand manuals, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, metrics).
- Proficiency with hand tools, measuring devices, and power tools.
- Good eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity.
- Physical ability to stand, carry, lift, push, and pull as needed.
- Willingness to cross-train and learn new tasks.
