What You'll Do:

• Engage in semi-repetitive assembly tasks using simple techniques and tools.
• Work from drawings, diagrams, and specifications to ensure precision and accuracy.
• Collaborate with a supportive team under close supervision to meet production goals.
• Contribute to a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: At least one year in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
• Ability to read and understand manuals, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, metrics).
• Proficiency with hand tools, measuring devices, and power tools.
• Good eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity.
• Physical ability to stand, carry, lift, push, and pull as needed.
• Willingness to cross-train and learn new tasks.
• Strong communication skills to explain and interpret procedures.
• Team-oriented mindset to achieve productivity goals together.
