Full Time
This position requires regular visits to the homes of children with special needs; the development and monitoring of each child's Individual Service Plan; and assisting families through coordination of community services.
Qualified candidates will possess a BS degree in Social Work or a related field; have at least 1 year of professional experience working with children who have special needs; and read, write and speak Spanish fluently. Prior case management experience strongly preferred.
The ideal candidate will also possess exceptional communication skills; have the ability to work a flexible schedule (limited evening work may be required); and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail. Must use your own reliable, insured transportation for home visits and meetings.
