Qualifications
Required:
A minimum of 1-3 years of experience serving as a Coach at the high school level is required.
Candidates are expected to exhibit effective coaching methodologies and possess a comprehensive understanding of the rules, regulations, strategies, and techniques pertinent to the sport. The capability to establish and sustain constructive working relationships with fellow Head Coaches, school administrators, opponents, staff, parents, and students is essential.
