Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team, supporting finance and human resources operations. The ideal candidate will have proficiency with Microsoft and Google Suites and exceptional organizational and communication skills. This role requires strong analytical abilities, a customer-focused mindset, and the capability to manage tasks independently while maintaining confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with a variety of financial and human resources functions.
- Perform a variety of administrative assistant tasks, including scheduling, document preparation, and record-keeping.
- Provide excellent written and verbal communication to internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze and solve problems effectively with a strategic, big-picture perspective.
- Organize and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines and achieve organizational goals.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Assist with the Wellness Program
Qualifications:
- High school diploma is required; an associate’s degree in a business-related field (accounting, finance, HR, etc.) is preferred.
- 2 years of experience in administrative support with a business focus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Suite, and QuickBooks is desired.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically.
- Self-starter who can work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Professional demeanor and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
