Description
The West Bend School District is seeking a an Assistant Boys Lacrosse Coach for the West Bend Rush Co-op. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of teaching the game, skills and rules of the sport. Seeking an individual with excellent skills in communication with high school-aged youth. Coaching experience is preferred. The season will run March 16, 2025- June 13, 2025.

Serving as a coach within the district provides individuals with the opportunity to help students maintain a growth mindset and teach them valuable life skills such as being a good teammate, learning how to succeed in times of adversity, leadership, discipline, and confidence.
The WBSD has more than 250 coaches (paid and volunteer) supporting 32 sports (WIAA sanctioned, co-ops, and clubs) as well as various youth programs that serve as feeder programs for the varsity teams. Coaches within the WBSD obtain the highest level of competition within the state of Wisconsin and receive some of the best professional development opportunities to make themselves as well as their programs better. Coaches can bring their own styles and philosophies to meet the needs of the district and the overall mission and vision of the school district.
