Description:
he McFarland School District is seeking applicants for a Girls’ Swimming Assistant Coach for the 2025 season. The candidate must have the ability to motivate, mentor, and instill sportsmanship qualities while maximizing the student athletes’ abilities at all levels. Strong communication and organizational skills are required.
Qualifications:
Complete knowledge of Swimming skills, experience preferred
Use of different coaching methods and motivational strategies for athletes
Collaborate with swimming coaches, other sports, and school employees
Ability to relate to students, parents, and community members
Able to assist in running daily practices
Licensed Teacher of CNLT through WIAA
CPR/First Aid Certification
