- Develop lesson plans and instructional materials to provide individualized and small group instruction by adapting the district-approved curriculum to the needs of each pupil while maintaining high expectations

- Communicate expectations clearly to students and parents
- Effectively communicate with parents in various ways (i.e. website, newsletters, phone calls, e-mails, conferences)
- Work in a supportive and collaborative manner with colleagues

The School District of New Berlin is a dynamic district dedicated to academic excellence. We are located in southeastern Wisconsin in Waukesha County approximately 20 miles from downtown Milwaukee.
