Description
The School District of South Milwaukee is seeking outstanding individuals to work with our students.
Our position is for 7.25 hours a day, working with our multilingual students and teachers. This position comes with single health insurance. The hours will be approximately 7:15-3:00 per day, with a half hour unpaid lunch.
The selected candidate will be required to obtain a special education paraprofessional aide license through DPI.
The ideal candidate for both roles will be collaborative, a self-starter, love to motivate and work with students, understand and respect individual differences, and desire to be part of a team. Daily attendance is an essential function of both positions.
Qualifications
Candidates should be organized, friendly, with excellent communication skills, ability to take direction, ability to keep student information confidential, and ability to assist students with behavioral, physical and academic needs as required for individual students.
