Description
Great entry level position to get the knowledge of Racine Unified!
in to Infinite Campus, printing reports and initiating homework request
knowledgeable and up to date on latest software applications.
Note: Infinite Campus and Medication Distribution
training are responsibilities of the position and successful certification
will be required after placement into the position.
- Perform the clerical functions of the school office including, but not
in to Infinite Campus, printing reports and initiating homework request
- Help students, staff and visitors with various problems or concerns
- Assist ill students when the Nurse is unavailable and/or assist with the
- Good clerical skills including, but not limited to, proficiency in
knowledgeable and up to date on latest software applications.

Qualifications
Education/Training:
High school diploma or equivalent
Computer skills including, but not limited to Microsoft Word and Excel,
word processing, data entry
Experience:
One (1) year in a general office setting (school office experience
preferred)
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
lists, directory, attachments, and calendar functions
Working Conditions:
Pleasant office environment with multiple responsibilities and frequent
interruptions to attend to students, staff and visitor needs. May
occasionally have to work with difficult or demanding parents/guardians
and/or students. May have to attend to students who have been referred to
the office.
Safety:
You are responsible for taking any and all steps necessary to protect
yourself and others against occupational accidents, injuries, and
illnesses.
