Description
The District has an opening for a Middle School English Language Arts Summer School Teacher. This position includes direct instruction targeted on the most important concepts from the previous year’s ELA curriculum for students entering grade 7, 8 and 9. This course is intended to build confidence and help prepare for ELA in the fall. Curricular materials are provided. Additional paid preparation time is included for each section taught.
Hours: Four hours per day - 8 AM to Noon / Start on June 23 through July 18 (no classes July 3-4)
Certification: Secondary Certification in English or Reading Specialist license
Please include a letter of application, resume, 2 letters of recommendation, a copy of your transcripts, and a copy of your current Wisconsin Educator License. The School District of Fort Atkinson will only accept applications for vacant positions via WECAN.
