Position Summary - Kitchen Staff
Our ideal candidates would have an interest in the culinary world and be open to helping in all aspects of Back of House Food Service, ranging from Dishwashing, Banquet Prep, Line Cooking, Concessions, Golf Events, and Weddings. Candidates should also have a sense of urgency, good communication skills, a positive attitude, and be willing to be part of a team.
Qualifications
- High School or equivalent work experience
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Prior kitchen experience
Job type – Full Time Seasonal, Part Time Seasonal, Part Time Year Round
Salary - $11.00 - $14.00 /Hour
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure proper food handling and safety practices are followed at all times.
- Assist in meal preparation and presentation for service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work areas.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient food service and communication.
- Handle kitchen equipment safely and effectively, reporting any issues as necessary.
