Established Property Management Company with over 2000 units across middle TN is looking for hardworking general sub-contractors to add to our Clarksville, TN Team.
Qualifications:
Skills
- Strong knowledge of appliance repair techniques and methods
- Familiarity with reading and interpreting schematics and technical manuals
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to operate a box truck for delivery and transportation of appliances
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with customers in a professional manner
- HVAC knowledge is a plus
- Experience in equipment repair is beneficial
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have own transportation
- You are reliable and hardworking
- Ability to work with little supervision.
- Good communication skills.
- You MUST have your own equipment and tools
