Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team at Stevens Realty LLC. In this role, you will be essential in maintaining the cleanliness and appeal of our rental properties, ensuring that they meet the high standards our tenants expect. Your contributions will directly support our mission of providing quality housing and exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including common areas and individual units.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized for efficient use.
• Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to the property management team.
• Follow established cleaning protocols to maintain safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist with move-in/move-out cleanings as required.
• Maintain a positive attitude while interacting with tenants and staff.
• Adhere to schedules for regular cleaning tasks to ensure timely completion.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Airbnb cleaning, vacation rentals, or property turnover is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good communication skills for effective interaction with tenants and staff.
• Reliable transportation to travel between properties as needed.
