Summary
We are seeking a skilled Handy Man to join maintenance staff at Stevens Realty LLC. Located in our service areas, this role is vital in maintaining our extensive portfolio of rental properties and ensuring tenant satisfaction through prompt and effective repairs. Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential properties, including electrical, plumbing, and general repairs.
- Respond promptly to tenant repair requests to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Utilize tools and equipment safely and effectively to complete tasks efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used for each job.
- Collaborate with the property management team to schedule repairs and maintenance tasks accordingly.
- Vendors must be tech-savvy, as all work orders and payments will be processed through our online portal.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or maintenance person services with a strong focus on electrical work.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with tenants and staff.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; additional languages are a plus.
