Summary
We are seeking a skilled Remodeler to join our team at Stevens Realty LLC. This role is essential in maintaining and enhancing the quality of our rental properties, ensuring they meet the high standards our tenants expect. Located in Tennessee, you will contribute to our mission of providing exceptional housing solutions. This is a 1099 contract position with payment based on completed work orders.
Responsibilities
- Perform remodeling tasks including tile laying, glass installation, and concrete finishing.
- Read and interpret blueprints to execute renovation projects accurately.
- Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to address repair requests promptly.
- Estimate materials and labor costs for remodeling projects effectively.
- Utilize hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently during renovations.
- Fabricate custom components as needed for various remodeling tasks.
- Assist in electrical installations as required for remodeling projects.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a remodeler or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong skills in tile laying, glass installation, concrete finishing, and carpentry.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Familiarity with construction inspection processes and safety regulations.
- Basic knowledge of electrical work is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience with construction estimating is beneficial but not required.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely.
