Summary
We are seeking a subcontractor Lawn Care Specialist to join our dedicated maintenance team. This role is crucial in maintaining the beauty and health of the properties we manage. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscape maintenance and a strong understanding of lawn care practices.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular lawn care activities including mowing, fertilizing, and aerating.
- Maintain landscape features such as flower beds, shrubs, and trees.
- Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks.
- Implement irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of lawns and gardens.
- Conduct tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth.
- Assist in landscape design projects as needed.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests related to lawn care.
- Maintain records of services performed and report any issues to management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment.
