Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inspector to join our team. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively on construction sites. The Inspector will be responsible for evaluating construction processes, reviewing blueprints and schematics, and conducting thorough inspections to ensure compliance with contracts and quality control measures.
Duties
- Conduct move-in, renewal, pet inspection,and flyer inspections on residential properties
- Analyze data collected during inspections to identify any discrepancies or areas of concern.
- Document inspection findings and prepare detailed reports
Qualifications
- Technology savy you will be using a mobile phone doing the inspection
- experience in residential inspection or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with data collection methods and analysis techniques relevant to residential properties
- Knowledge of construction management principles and practices is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify potential issues before they escalate.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $26.37 - $29.25 per hour
