Summary

We are seeking a skilled Roofer to join our dedicated maintenance team at Stevens Realty LLC. This position is essential in ensuring the integrity and quality of our rental properties by performing roofing repairs and installations, contributing to our mission of providing safe and comfortable homes. This is a 1099 contract position. Payment is based on the number of completed work orders.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain roofing systems for residential properties.
• Inspect roofs for damage and recommend appropriate repairs or replacements.
• Utilize power tools and equipment safely to complete roofing tasks efficiently.
• Read and interpret blueprints to execute roofing projects accurately.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to address property issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations during all roofing activities.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in roofing or related maintenance person services.
• Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety practices.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings effectively.
• Familiarity with power tools and equipment used in roofing work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks.
