Summary

As a Tree Service professional at Stevens Realty LLC, you will be responsible for maintaining the health and appearance of trees on our rental properties. This role is vital in ensuring the safety and aesthetic appeal of our landscapes while aligning with our mission of serving our community.

Responsibilities

• Perform tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and maintain safety.
• Conduct tree care assessments to identify potential hazards or diseases.
• Operate bucket trucks safely for tree maintenance tasks.
• Implement landscape maintenance practices to enhance property aesthetics.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to address landscaping needs promptly.
• Maintain equipment used in tree service operations in good working condition.
• Provide recommendations for tree removal or replacement when necessary.
• Document work performed and report any issues to management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in tree care and landscape maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of tree trimming techniques and safety protocols.
• Ability to operate bucket trucks and other landscaping equipment safely.
• Familiarity with GIS technology is a plus but not required.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
