Summary
We are seeking a skilled subcontractor Window Installer to join our dedicated maintenance team at Stevens Realty LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation and repair of windows in our diverse range of rental properties. Your work will directly contribute to the comfort and satisfaction of our tenants.
Responsibilities
- Install windows in residential properties following industry standards and safety regulations.
- Read and interpret schematics to ensure accurate installation.
- Perform repairs on existing windows as needed to maintain property standards.
- Utilize power tools effectively and safely during installation processes.
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff to address tenant requests promptly.
- Ensure job sites are clean and organized after installations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a window installer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of schematics and installation procedures.
- Ability to work with various power tools safely and efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of carpentry and construction practices is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
