Summary
We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our dedicated maintenance team at Stevens Realty LLC. This role is crucial in ensuring our rental properties remain in top condition, providing immediate response to repair requests and enhancing tenant satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential properties.
- Install fixtures, cabinets, and drywall as needed.
- Fabricate and assemble components for various repair tasks.
- Ensure all work is completed according to safety standards and regulations.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues before they become problems.
- Assist in construction painting and other related tasks.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technician or similar role in property maintenance.
- Strong skills in carpentry, fixture installation, and drywall work.
- Ability to read schematics and follow technical instructions.
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting and manual labor tasks.
