We are hiring a Roofing Inspector to join our team in the GREATER RICHMOND area. Our ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in construction operations and reliable as this is a crucial position to the success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections to ensure compliance with construction codes and specifications
- Provide expertise in your specific focus area specifically in Roofing replacement to ensure the highest quality work
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to address issues and provide constructive feedback
Requirements:
- RRO certification preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of relevant construction codes and regulations
- 5 years of experience related to TPO and BUR
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a construction environment
- Ability to repeatedly lift heavy equipment up to 50lbs.
Eligible for overtime, including off-shift hours and weekends.
