Job Description
We are looking for Concrete Delivery Professionals to safely and efficiently transport ready-mix concrete to job sites across Charlotte and surrounding areas. If you’re a reliable, safety-conscious driver with a CDL and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Operate a concrete mixer truck to deliver ready-mix concrete to job sites in and around Charlotte.
- Ensure proper loading, transportation, and unloading of concrete per customer specifications.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure equipment safety.
- Follow DOT regulations, company policies, and all safety procedures.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and professional truck appearance.
Qualifications:
- CDL Class A or B license with a motor vehicle record that meets insurance standards.
- Previous experience with concrete delivery, construction, or heavy truck operation preferred, but willing to train.
- Ability to operate a mixer truck and follow delivery schedules efficiently.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions.
- Punctual, dependable, and committed to workplace safety.
