Job Opportunity
We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious driver to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting ready-mix concrete to job sites across Charlotte and surrounding areas. If you have a CDL Class A or B license, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
* Operate a concrete mixer truck to deliver ready-mix concrete to job sites in and around Charlotte.
* Ensure proper loading, transportation, and unloading of concrete per customer specifications.
* Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure equipment safety.
* Follow DOT regulations, company policies, and all safety procedures.
* Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
Requirements
* CDL Class A or B license with a motor vehicle record that meets insurance standards.
* Previous experience with concrete delivery, construction, or heavy truck operation preferred but willing to train.
* Ability to operate a mixer truck and follow delivery schedules efficiently.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions.
* Punctual, dependable, and committed to workplace safety.
