We are looking for a motivated General Service Technician to join our
team. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone looking to start
or grow their career in the automotive industry. You’ll assist with routine
maintenance tasks and support our experienced technicians while gaining
valuable hands-on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform basic maintenance services such as oil changes, Tire Repairs, Replace Tires, tire rotations, battery checks, and fluid top-offs.
- Inspect vehicles for fluid leaks, worn components, and other basic mechanical issues.
- Assist technicians with repair work and shop organization.
- Keep the work area clean and follow all safety procedures.
- Test batteries, lights, and other minor systems as directed.
- Shop cleaning & organizing stock.
Must-Know Items:
- Basic understanding of automotive maintenance tasks.
- Familiarity with hand tools and willingness to learn shop equipment.
- Willingness to follow instructions and safety protocols.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Previous proficiency in a shop or automotive school is a plus, but not required.
- Own tools to perform Basic automotive repair tasks.
