Production Manager
Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our door manufacturing team at our Sandston, Virginia location. As a key leader, you'll oversee production planning, organization, and control to ensure efficient, timely, and high-quality production.
About the Role
- Lead and develop a high-performing production team to achieve quality and productivity targets
- Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition to manage headcount and budgets
- Plan and control production schedules, inventory, and supply chain
- Foster a culture of collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement
- Ensure a safe working environment and adhere to safety standards
Requirements
- 4 years of manufacturing or production experience, with 2 years in a leadership role
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement
- Lean Manufacturing experience and certification (a plus)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and planning skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
