Norwalk Bakery Part Time Production Assistant $16.50/Hour

Job Summary:
Production Assistants prepare, package and label product for display and sale according to standards, including the precise measurement of ingredients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review production plan
• Reading and understanding recipes
• Execute production of product based on established guidelines
• Package and label product for display
• Adhere to all health, sanitation, and safety regulations
• Assist in other duties, as assigned
• Great work ethic

• Flexible (Must work evenings, weekends and holidays)
• Responsible for production in Norwalk and Long Island Stores
• Honest

Education and Experience (include knowledge, skills and abilities):

• Bakery experience preferred
• Great customer service
• Good oral communication

Working Conditions:

• Position requires frequent walking, squatting, bending, pushing, pulling and lifting, with a maximum weight of 50lbs. Position may require repetitive use of hands.
