Responsibilities
- Calendar management for executives
- Aid executive in preparing for meetings
- Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
- Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

ONBOARDING ACTIVITIES
- Months 1–2: Shadow the CEO and General Counsel to learn priorities, cadence, and communication preferences. Organize executive files and implement consistent digital/physical file structures.
- Months 3–6: Independently manage calendar, travel, and document workflows for both executives. Set up recurring processes and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Months 6–12: Take full ownership of executive support functions, implement improvements to administrative systems, introduce templates and automations, and serve as a cultural ambassador.
