What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Payable Clerk position at Steward Property Services Inc?
We provide services to homeowner associations and are in need of an accounts payable person to assist with an increase in workload. Job is in office (onsite), hours to be Monday - Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm. Skills needed are:
- Data entry skills
- Attention to detail
- Fluent in Excel
- 10key by touch
- Comfortable with math and calculations
- Good listening and communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Duties will include:
- Review Invoice Entry & Approvals
- Check Processing/Stop Payments
- Petty Cash Reconciliation
- Community Employee Payroll/Timecard Entry
- Vendor Management Setting up new vendors, updating vendor information, tracking insurance requirements
- 1099 Processing
- Vendor/Manager correspondence
- Board of Directors/Committee position updates
- Maintaining/Updating Secretary of State forms for existing clients
