Position Overview:
The Client Services Associate is responsible for providing a professional and welcoming first impression to clients, guests, and employees, while also handling front desk coverage during regular business hours. As part of the administrative team, this role will assist colleagues with various administrative tasks and provide general support as needed on a daily basis.
Daily Contributions:
- Provide front desk coverage during normal business hours.
- Answer phone calls promptly, professionally, and in a friendly manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Greet clients, assist with intake forms, and guide them through necessary processes.
- Assist clients with picking up documents, tax returns, and other materials and making payments at time of pick up.
- Coordinate the distribution of New Client Questionnaires and schedule appointments.
- Handle postage label printing and mail tracking.
- Check in documents received and ensure proper routing to the appropriate team members.
- Distribute faxes and other correspondence as required.
- Open and close the front door daily, ensuring proper security protocols.
- Assist with staff sign-in and sign-out records.
- Provide general support to all firm members as requested.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma required.
- At least two years of related experience preferred.

- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
