Job Description: As a Night-Time Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing essential maintenance and repairs to ensure our operations run smoothly during the overnight hours. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on equipment and machinery.
- Monitor equipment performance and perform diagnostics to prevent malfunctions.
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Work with other team members to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
- Document all maintenance activities and repairs accurately.
- Respond to urgent maintenance requests in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician, preferably in warehousing and semi-trucks.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
