Stewart Facility Services is a locally-owned
commercial cleaning business, and we are looking for someone to fill
the role of Hiring Manager/Recruiter. This position will MOSTLY work from home.
Job Description:
The Hiring Manager/Recruiter will be responsible for all aspects of recruiting and hiring process. This person will be responsible for setting up job ads in the appropriate areas across Central Alabama, conducting interviews of the candidates, and all on-boarding tasks.
Compensation:
This role is paid a base salary of 5 hours per week at $20 per hour. This time is for small tasks such as emails, phone calls etc. Any time doing interviews or other admin tasks over that time would be paid an hourly rate.
Required:
*Ability to work independently and efficiently to serve staffing needs
*Background in hiring or managing people
*Availability during the day to set appointments and conduct interviews
*Availability to be on a rotation in the evenings when coverage needs arise
Salary : $20
