Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Dental Receptionist/ insurance coordinator at Stewart Family Dentistry in Spartanburg, SC. The Receptionist will be responsible for appointment scheduling, managing dental care records, maintaining phone etiquette, facilitating communication, financial transactions, filling insurance and handling general receptionist duties.
Qualifications
- Appointment Scheduling and Receptionist Duties
- Knowledge of Dental Care practices
- Effective Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and office software
- Experience with Eaglesoft is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Experience in a healthcare or dental office setting is required
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
