We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for supervising maintenance activities and maintaining accurate records.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems within the facility.
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance tasks, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational standards.
- Utilize schematics to troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues effectively.
- Fabricate parts or components as needed to support maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory management .
- Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with staff and management regarding maintenance needs.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations across the facility.
Experience
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read and interpret schematics.
- Experience with supervising teams and leading maintenance projects is a plus.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication with team members and management.
- Familiarity with CMMS software is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a safe working environment while adhering to company policies and procedures.
