What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server position at Stewart's Croquet & Cocktails?
We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Servers to provide excellent service to our guests at our new high-end establishment, Stewarts Croquet & Cocktails. This position will involve working alongside our upscale restaurant next door, Gemelle. As a Server, you will play a key role in enhancing our guests’ dining experience. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate guest needs will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.
*Only candidates with fine dining restaurant experience will be considered. Please note, applicants without this experience will not be reviewed.
Responsibilities:
· Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu and daily specials.
· Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing POS system efficiently.
· Deliver orders to tables promptly and accurately.
· Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in during meals and promptly addressing any issues.
· Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining room, and server station.
· Provide attentive and knowledgeable service regarding menu items and beverage selections.
· Process payments and accurately handle cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in a fine dining establishment is required.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong teamwork and multitasking abilities.
· Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
· Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time and lift up to 50lbs.
· Food Handlers and TABC Certifications are required.

Pay:
· $2.15/hr. TIPS
