We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team at the Corporate Office in Ballston Spa, NY. This is a great opportunity if you are looking for a position with a wide range of opportunity and room for growth.
Duties:
• Data entry, processing of invoices and payments to vendors.
• Prepare and process daily cash disbursement runs.
• Communication with vendors, shop personnel and project managers.
• Analyzing data & locating trends.
• Operations coverage.
Requirements:
• Accounts payable or other accounting experience preferred.
• Must be computer proficient; Excel is a must.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work with a team.
• Must be comfortable with repetitive weekly duties.
